What DoppioSpend Does
DoppioSpend is a financial statement analyzer. You upload bank or credit card statements (PDFs), and we use AI to extract transactions, categorize spending, identify patterns, and surface potential savings opportunities.
By using DoppioSpend, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple as that.

DoppioSpend is not a financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional.
Our analysis is for informational purposes only. We help you understand your spending patterns, but we don't tell you what to do with your money.
Always consult a qualified professional for financial, tax, or legal advice. We're just really good at reading statements and finding patterns.
Your Account
You can use DoppioSpend anonymously for previews, but you'll need an account to unlock full reports.
You're responsible for:
- •Keeping your account credentials secure
- •All activity under your account
- •Only uploading statements you have the right to access
What You Can Do
- ✓Upload your own financial statements
- ✓Upload statements you're authorized to access (business accounts, family, etc.)
- ✓Use insights for personal financial planning
- ✓Share your own reports however you want
What You Can't Do
- ✗Upload statements that aren't yours without authorization
- ✗Use the service for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
- ✗Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems
- ✗Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- ✗Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise security
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Don't be that person.
Payments & Refunds
Pricing
Pay per statement or buy credits in bulk for discounts. Prices are displayed before purchase.
Payments
Processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Quality Guarantee
Something off with your analysis? Flag the statement, tell us what's wrong, and we'll investigate. If it's our fault (AI errors, missing transactions, wrong categorization), we'll credit your account or make it right. We're here to improve.
Credits
Purchased credits don't expire but are non-refundable once used.
Intellectual Property
Your stuff is yours. You retain all rights to your uploaded statements and the transaction data within them.
Our stuff is ours. DoppioSpend, including the AI, interface, branding, and analysis methodology, belongs to QualisCode.
By uploading statements, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the service. We don't claim ownership of your data.
Limitations of Liability
DoppioSpend is provided "as is." We do our best to be accurate, but:
- •AI can make mistakes. Always verify important information.
- •We're not liable for decisions you make based on our analysis.
- •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights where applicable.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Termination
You can leave anytime. Delete your account and we'll remove your data.
We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. We'll try to give notice unless it's urgent (fraud, security threats, etc.).
Governing Law
