What We Collect
Account Information
Email address and name (from Google/Firebase sign-in). We don't store passwords.
Financial Statements
The PDF statements you upload. We extract transaction data to generate insights.
Usage Data
Basic analytics: pages viewed, features used. No creepy tracking.
Payment Information
Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.
How We Use Your Data

- 2.Improve our AI — We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve accuracy.
- 3.Send you updates — Only transactional emails (receipts, analysis ready). No spam.

Only you can access your statements. We don't peek.
Your Control
Delete your data anytime from your account settings.
Data Retention & Deletion
Statement PDFs: Stored securely while your account is active.
Transaction data: Kept while your account is active. Deleted on account deletion.
Account data: Deleted upon request.
Want your data deleted? Email us or use the delete option in your account settings.

We use minimal cookies:

- Firebase — Authentication
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis
Each has their own privacy policy. We only share what's necessary to provide the service.
